At Dix Boost, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We strive to provide high-quality shower head products and excellent customer service. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, our Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return products and request a refund.
Returns
- You may return most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
- To start a return, please contact our support team at support@dixboost.site with your order number, the reason for the return, and supporting photos if applicable.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:
- Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery
- Customized or special-order products
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item shipped).
- If you received a refund, and your bank or payment provider requires additional time to post the funds, please allow for standard processing delays.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for a different model or item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos or videos to verify the issue. In such cases, we will either replace the item at no cost to you or issue a full refund.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
